The Early Foundations Master Teacher's Instructions provide information for maximizing each component of our language arts program for preschoolers and kindergarteners. It helps guide teachers and parents to which set of flashcards and workbooks will meet students where they are at and gently help them progress to greater development of reading and writing with basic letters, phonics teams, common words, numbers and number words, shapes and shape words, and color words. It also describes how to use all the components of this curriculum together for a cohesive education. Note that the Early Foundations Bible Guide goes further into the implementation of the discipleship components and tools that also provide reading and writing practice. The Early Foundations Level of the Reading and Writing Through the Bible curriculum is the first of four total levels to provide training in language arts and discipleship. Each level aims to help children read a Bible at their own level while ultimately training them to establish a personal quiet time to hear from the Lord. Global Bible Reading and Journaling has developed other curricula and resources for older students to glean this from as well.
